Coppacchioli Tattini 'Pinot Nero Rosé' Pas Dosé 2020

Spumante Metodo Classico Rosé Pinot Nero
Wild strawberry, toasted brioche, pomegranate

Regular price €36,00
Taxes included. Shipping calculated at checkout.

Sourced from high-altitude Pinot Nero vines at 1,000 meters elevation in the rocky limestone terrain of Cupi di Visso, this pas dosé traditional method sparkling rosé is entirely hand-crafted and spends at least 48 months of lees ageing in bottle. The wine is pale onion-skin pink in colour, and shows a fine, persistent perlage alongside precise aromas of wild strawberry, pomegranate, toasted brioche, and crushed rock. On the palate, a creamy mousse yields to a searing acidity, with a crisp, bone-dry core of tart red fruit and a long, mineral-laden finish. Serve with oysters, tuna tartare, ciauscolo salami, fried seafood or smoked fish.

About the Producer

Coppacchioli Tattini is a small estate located in Cupi di Visso, high within the Sibillini National Park. Established in 2016, the winery is led by Ginevra Coppacchioli, who manages the project alongside her family. The vineyards sit at an altitude of 1,000 meters, making them some of the highest cultivated plots in the region. Farmed organically across roughly five hectares, the vines experience intense mountain temperature swings, harsh winters, and surrounding wild vegetation. The production focuses on local varieties, including an historic strain of local Vissanello (Pecorino) as well as Chardonnay and Pinot Nero, used to make for both still wines and traditional-method sparkling wines. Working with small yields and manual harvesting, production is extremely limited and completed entirely within the estate. The resulting wines are defined by high natural acidity and sharp minerality, reflecting their high-altitude farming.
